ZOMBIE
The Zombie is a legendary tiki cocktail — a powerful blend of multiple rums, fruit juices and grenadine. Handle with care.
INGREDIENTS
- 130ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
- 230ml BACARDÍ Carta Oro rum
- 330ml BACARDÍ 151 (or overproof rum)
- 430ml apricot brandy
- 530ml fresh lime juice
- 630ml pineapple juice
- 715ml grenadine
- 8Crushed ice
Garnish
Pineapple slice, maraschino cherry and mint sprig
Glass
Zombie or hurricane glass
METHOD
- 01
Add all ingredients except the overproof rum to a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously.

Strain into a zombie glass filled with crushed ice.

Float the overproof rum on top.

Garnish with a pineapple slice, cherry and mint.
