DAIQUIRI
The Daiquiri is a timeless classic. Just three ingredients — BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup — shaken to perfection.
INGREDIENTS
- 150ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
- 225ml fresh lime juice
- 315ml sugar syrup (1:1)
- 4Ice cubes
Garnish
Lime wheel
Glass
Coupe or cocktail glass
METHOD
- 01
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

Double strain into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
- 04
Garnish with a lime wheel.
