RASPBERRY MOJITO
The Raspberry Mojito adds vibrant BACARDÍ Raspberry rum to the classic Mojito for a fruity, refreshing twist on the Cuban original.
INGREDIENTS
- 150ml BACARDÍ Raspberry rum
- 225ml fresh lime juice
- 315ml sugar syrup
- 425ml soda water
- 56 fresh raspberries
- 610 fresh mint leaves
- 7Crushed ice
Garnish
Fresh raspberries and mint sprig

METHOD

Add raspberries to a highball glass and gently press.

Fill with crushed ice.

Add rum, lime juice and sugar syrup.

Add mint leaves and gently press.

Top with soda water and churn gently.
