NEGRONI
A rum twist on the classic Negroni — BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum replaces gin for a lighter, more tropical take on this bittersweet Italian classic.
INGREDIENTS
- 130ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
- 230ml sweet vermouth
- 330ml Campari
- 4Ice cubes
- 5Orange peel to garnish

METHOD
- 01
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Express an orange peel over the glass and use as garnish.
