MOJITO JUG
The Mojito Jug is the perfect sharing serve — a large batch Mojito made with BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum, fresh lime, mint and soda water.
INGREDIENTS
- 1300ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
- 2150ml fresh lime juice
- 390ml sugar syrup
- 4500ml soda water
- 5Large handful of fresh mint
- 6Crushed ice
Garnish
Fresh mint sprigs and lime wheels
Glass
Large jug and highball glasses
METHOD
- 01
Add lime juice, sugar syrup and mint to a large jug.

Gently press the mint with a long spoon.

Add BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum and stir.

Fill with crushed ice.

Top with soda water and stir gently.
- 06
Serve in individual highball glasses.
