JUNGLE BIRD
The Jungle Bird is a classic tiki cocktail from the Kuala Lumpur Hilton — BACARDÍ rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime and simple syrup.
INGREDIENTS
- 145ml BACARDÍ Carta Negra rum
- 220ml Campari
- 345ml pineapple juice
- 415ml fresh lime juice
- 515ml simple syrup
- 6Crushed ice
Garnish
Pineapple leaf and maraschino cherry
Glass
Tiki mug or rocks glass
METHOD
- 01
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.

Strain into a tiki mug or rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- 04
Garnish with a pineapple leaf and cherry.
