Named after the iconic Hotel Nacional de Cuba in Havana, this classic cocktail combines BACARDÍ rum with apricot brandy, pineapple juice and fresh lime.
INGREDIENTS
- 145ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
- 215ml apricot brandy
- 330ml pineapple juice
- 415ml fresh lime juice
- 5Ice cubes
Garnish
Pineapple leaf

Coupe glass
METHOD

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.

Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
