HOTEL NACIONAL

Named after the iconic Hotel Nacional de Cuba in Havana, this classic cocktail combines BACARDÍ rum with apricot brandy, pineapple juice and fresh lime.

INGREDIENTS

  • 145ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
  • 215ml apricot brandy
  • 330ml pineapple juice
  • 415ml fresh lime juice
  • 5Ice cubes

Garnish

Pineapple leaf

Glass

Coupe glass

METHOD

  1. 01

    Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. 02

    Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.

  3. 03

    Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  4. 04

    Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
