The Blue Hawaii is a tropical classic — BACARDÍ rum, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice and sweet and sour mix for a vibrant, ocean-blue cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- 130ml BACARDÍ Carta Blanca rum
- 230ml Blue Curaçao
- 390ml pineapple juice
- 430ml sweet and sour mix
- 5Ice cubes
Garnish
Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry
Glass
Hurricane glass
METHOD

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well for 10 seconds.

Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice.
