BACARDÍ MAI TAI

The BACARDÍ Mai Tai combines BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro rum with orange Curaçao, orgeat and fresh lime for a sophisticated tropical classic.

INGREDIENTS

  • 145ml BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro rum
  • 215ml orange Curaçao
  • 315ml orgeat syrup
  • 430ml fresh lime juice
  • 5Crushed ice

Garnish

Mint sprig, lime wheel and maraschino cherry

Glass

Rocks glass or tiki mug

METHOD

  1. 01

    Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

  2. 02

    Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.

  3. 03

    Strain into a rocks glass or tiki mug filled with crushed ice.

  4. 04

    Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wheel and cherry.
